About Ed
Prior to being a contemporary fine artist, Ed played professional rugby union in the English Premiership for over a decade. He and his family moved to South West France in 2014 so he could transition from playing to painting full time. Since that time his work has been exhibited at a variety of places around the world, from New York to Monaco.
His work can be viewed in Gormley's Gallery Dublin, Ireland. Nova Fine Art, Marlow, Marlborough, Leamington Spa and Burford, UK. And also The Hancock Gallery,Newcastle-upon-Tyne and The Watson Gallery, Edinburgh

Ed's style of painting combines his sense of humour with his brilliant talent, with the aim of creating paintings that are not only beautiful, but interesting and sometimes challenging.
